Yes. Barometer is designed for multi-location operations. You can manage multiple outlets, central kitchens, warehouses, and bars, along with inter-unit transfers, production, recipes, and reporting across all cost centres from a single system.

Yes, Barometer integrates with leading POS systems to help you pull sales data for real-time costing, variance analysis, and detailed reporting. This makes your food and beverage cost control much more accurate and actionable. Currently supported POS integrations include: • Pet Pooja • Urban Piper • Shopify POS (often used by retail / hybrid food brands) • Custom or API-based POS integrations • Excel data uploads for POS systems that don’t have direct integration yet Integration availability may vary based on your setup and the level of data syncing you need, so we’ll confirm the best approach during your onboarding and demo process.

Yes. Our team conducts both digital and on-ground stock audits. This includes physical stock takes, reconciliation with system data, variance analysis, and clear insights into what is going wrong and how to fix it.

Pricing depends on the number of locations, cost centres, modules used, and level of service required. We typically charge on a monthly or quarterly basis. Any custom development or additional audit scope is discussed and billed separately.

Simply upload a photo or PDF of your supplier invoice. Baro MATS automatically reads the bill, extracts item details, quantities, rates, and taxes, and prepares the purchase entry for review before posting.

Your chef or store staff can simply speak item names and quantities. The system converts speech into structured requisition entries inside Baro MATS. Example: Add 5 kilo tomato and 2 kg onion. Yes. The AI understands natural speech, including mixed-language instructions commonly used in kitchens.

Yes. Approved requisitions can be converted into purchase orders within the system workflow.
